Reiki
Reiki is a type of Japanese hands on healing technique that helps promote healing for your self and for other people; it is also helpful for stress reduction and relaxation. The healing powers of the technique are based on the unseen life force energy that flows through each person. This life force is the reason why people are alive. When one's life force energy is low, then you get sick or feel weak. If your life force is high, you feel healthy.

30 Minutes Recharge Session
The 30 Minute Recharge Session begins with you and I talking about how you’re feeling that day, and what you would like to get out of the session for the day. If we’ve previously had sessions together we’ll talk about how you felt after the last session and what you would like to get out of this session. This lasts for approximately five minutes. Afterwards we’ll go to the treatment room where you’ll lie on the table and all you have to do is relax. When you’re in the treatment room it’s perfectly normal to hear a buzzing noise or feel a warmth wash over you. Once the session is complete I’ll have you sit up, hydrate yourself to wake up.
60 Minutes Transformation
The 60 Minute Transformation is what I recommend to all first time clients. This gives us extra time to work together and let your body relax fully. It can be intimidating to lie on a table with your eyes closes, relax, and trust to let go for an hour. Much like with the 30 minute recharge sessions we’ll start the session by discussing your emotions, and goals for that session. The only thing that differs from the 30 minute session is the length of time. I encourage you to choose the session that will meet your personal needs.
